I actually cooked...

salmon...and not out of a can! I actually got this idea from the blog of a lady I graduate high school with, but I put my own spin on it. I first drizzled olive oil on the fish, thensprinkled the salmon with salt, cavenders, garlic salt, and lemon pepper. I minced a clove of fresh garlic over the salmon, then topped it with chopped green onions and a lemon slice. I wrapped it in parchment paper and baked it on 4oo degrees for 25 minutes...it was fantastic!!
