Even though today was Father's Day, it wasn't much different for us than any other Sunday. The kids actually gave Randall his gift last night. He had picked out several grilling items at Lowe's, so they got him several. We took him out to eat last night at Tadpole's Fish House in Pleasant Plains. It was great! This morning, we headed to early church and Sunday School, the came home for lunch. Randall grilled hamburgers in the house and his mom joined us for lunch. For dinner, my parents joined us. Randall had smoked chicken and brisket and grilled polenta and asparagus. Dinner was wonderful. I am so thankful that my children have such a wonderful daddy...a veteran, a nurse, and most important, a spiritual leader. Thank you, Randall, for being so great to me and our children. We love you!!
