Show Us Where You Live- Entrance Way/Foyers

Ok, since I don't have an entranance way or foyer, I decided to do a continuation on last weeks' Show Us Where You Live because I left out the back yard. I still have not taken pics of the garage because as soon as we got it straightened, it got messy...AGAIN!!
The backyard is what really sold Randall on buying our house. He was opposed to buying a house in a neighborhood because, especially in most newer neighborhoods, there is no backyard. When we looked at this house, we already had Emma and 2 dogs, and we were planning on trying for Baby #2 soon (we found out we were pregnant a week after we moved in!!). The backyard has plenty of room for everyone. From this angle, you can see the kids' swingset (Emma got this for her 3rd birthday) and our 2 storage buildings. The storage building on the left came with the house. We got the other from Cook's Storage Buildings when we were renting our previous house.
This is a closer view of the two storage buildings. You can also see Mac's Fisher-Price basketball goal. The fence you see used to be where we would put the dogs when the kids wanted to play outside. Randall is trying to sell this, so if you know anyone who is interested, let me know. We no longer use it. You can see that our lawn mower is also out. Gramps mowed the back yard Wednesday while he and Mac were playing in the back. He didn't want to put it up hot, so it's still out.
This is the swing set. You can see the dogs' new pen directly behind it. Randall and Gramps put this large, chain-link fence up. It is large enough that they both stay in it most of the time unless we are in the back to let them out. You can see Zowie (our German Shepherd) behind the swing in the middle. Duke (our mutt)blends in, so he is hard to see. He is between the 1st swing and the end of the swing set.

This is the main part of the backyard we want to change. We only have a small concrete slab, and we would love to eventually build a wooden deck out here. I didn't straighten it up much before I took pictures. You can see Randall's new grill (it's charcoal AND gas), Emma's little table, and my patio furniture I got for Mother's Day 2008. The little green bucket that is on the concrete is for Mac to keep his tractors in, but somehow they always seem to end up on the patio table!!
