Emma got a great report from Dr. Hatfield today when we went for her post-op check-up. He said everything is great. She still can't be rough-housing, but she can go swimming this weekend when we go to Nashville, AR to watch Hunter and the Searcy All-Stars play. That's great because I don't know how I could keep her out of the pool once she saw it. He said we still have to watch sharp food (pizza crust and Doritos especially) but by Sunday she can eat whatever she wants!! YEAH!! This road the last week has been much easier than I expected. We had a couple of bad nights, but I've just decided that sleep is WAAAYYY over-rated!
On another note, Mac has another boo-boo. He has a huge knot on his forehead!! This morning he went running down the hallway and tripped over his own foot. His forehead met the doorfacing. How nice!! At least this one didn't warrant a visit to the doctor. They might start to think something was up!!
As said previously, we are heading to Nashville tomorrow to watch the Searcy All-Stars play in the state tournament. Hopefully they do well. We are actually using it as a getaway since we haven't been anywhere all summer. I will post pics when I get back!!
