Happy Birthday, Mac!! It's so hard to believe that it's been 3 years since you were born and God gave us a wonderful miracle!! You've come a long way since that 2 pound, 8 ounce little boy!! Just a few things about you now:
*You weigh 24 pounds.
*You are 35 inches tall.
*You are completely potty trained (and it's hard to find underwear small enough to fit!!)
If you haven't heard about Mac's birth story, it truly is a miracle!! Here is the short version...I was diagnosed with preclampsia and HELLP syndrome at 27 weeks. I was in and out of the hospital for a week before Dr. Burns decided to send me to Baptist Hospital in Little Rock because they were properly equipped to take a preemie of Mac's size if it was determined he need to be taken. I was taken to Little Rock by ambulance on February 1. At 7:00 on Saturday morning, blood was drawn, and by 8:00, Dr. Henry decided he needed to be delivered by emergency c-section. At 9:21 a.m, Mac Patton Martin was born weighing 2 pounds, 8 ounces. He was 15 1/2 inches long. He was never ventilated, and he only stayed in the NICU for 5 weeks!! He truly is a miracle!!

Happy Birthday, baby boy!! We love you!
