Great Recipe!!

I subscribe to this great magazine that has wonderful recipes. Most of them are very quick and easy to fix, which is what I need with our crazy schedules. Friday night, I fixed this recipe, and it turned out great!!

Cheddar Chicken and Potatoes Sizzling Skillet
Ingredients:
4 slices of bacon (I used the microwave kind to cut down on cooking time)
4 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 cups frozen diced potatoes with onions and peppers, thawed
4 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Make it:
1. Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet on medium het 5 min. or until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet to paper towel, discard drippings in skillet.
2. Add chicken to skillet; cook for 5 min. on each side or until done. Remove chicken from skillet. Cover to keep warm. Crumble bacon. Add to sillet with potatoes, cook and stir 5 min. or until heated through.
3. Place chicken over potatoes. Top with cheese. Cover; cook 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
