Well, I took to ACH today to visit Dr. Lowery in the eye clinic. This is the 2nd time we've seen Dr. Lowery. The cool thing about this doctor is that he has a son almost Mac's age who was also born at 28 weeks. I realize how blessed I am because Dr. Lowery's son remained in the NICU for 92 days after he was born. Mac only stayed for 35. Anyway, back to the doctor visit...Dr. Lowery said everything looked great. There is always a great chance that eye problems will occur with Mac being preemie, but Dr. Lowery said he didn't see anything. He does want to see him back in a year just in case he missed something. He was great this morning because as Mac was squirming around in my lap, Doc kept saying that he doesn't expect them to sit still at that age. That's part of the reason he wants them to come back. I can definately see why he works with children!!
